Sounds like a good project, should be strict with it though because a lot of people will try to take advantage of that, and in a matter of days you'll find yourself out of space to host them.

So it's another new warez forum but your offering free hosting for to any uploaders or GFX artists that helps you out. You could have said that in 10 seconds not 6 minutes....

Anyway I'm not sure. I see lots of new forums start weekly. I think you said your using vBulletin. Is is vB 4 or vB 3.8x? vB 4 is a bit more stable now compared to what it was. I'd forget about looking for custom banners, favicons, forum icons and get the whole thing custom. Get a full unique skin and forget about dribs and drabs and patching crap up. Do it right is your serious about it. Otherwise your just another fish in the ocean and it's a big ocean with lots of fish.
I'm still not sure. It still sounds like another forum and the way you list the sites you've sold sounds like you'll just sell this on too except unlike Elio I can't see you making big $$$...
See you seam to be targeting the uploaders, GFX artists and Coders to help your site look good. It can be a great looking site but Traffic is what counts and not Katz traffic. Regular members and organic traffic. I'd be looking more at ideas to invite guests and members. Look at Cracking Forums. Their premium accounts area draws hundreds of hits daily. You gotta think more about the regular dude just browsing.
