AcTually the problem is with graphic card I returned it and purchased a better one zotac GeForce 210 and it's working fine for me .. I can play my favorite games like resident evil 5 and xmen origins with it
its colors, not resolution or refresh rate. It looks like its set to either 16 or 256 colors. I don't know how to solve it, just clearing up what the problem is exactly.
