Well It might be possible that you know what is "rel=canonical"

As I have already told in my previous article that google is going to implement something like to "Bio-Code", which is fully related to human psychology of searching terms and continuously updating itself with the search terms feeded into search box in google. Its in learning stage......

Well coming into the point....
"rel=canonical"
Well if you dont know what is rel=canonical, visit : http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=139394

first.

As you know that google made changes in 2011, canonical pages are one of them.
As google prefferd to use rel=canonical pages, still its not always obilized to use it.
Suppose if you are pointing a rel=canonical toward a non-existent/404 page, google preserves the right not to use the destination url you specify with rel=canonical.
Suppose your website starts using any malicious code inside rel=canonical, google immidiately stop executied the canonical code.

But in general, google starts preferring rel=canical tag in HEAD section.
So avoid or convert all of your existing pages, into rel=canonical tag in HEAD section.

Thanks,
KevinCrew.
