The raison for this problem :

Your DNS Servers provided by your ISP has been still not made the changes to regonize the new DNS Servers for the new Servers on Cloudvidz , After we added the new Servers we set new name servers for them like always , But as said there are 2 raisons why some of you get this issue

1- You haven't cleaned your DNS Cache
2- Your ISP has not updated the changes

But with the guide above this problem can be fixed easily
