VPS Cloud Linux Vps

Hi,

I'm currently looking for a high uptime linux vps.
Of course a 100% uptime isn't possible, but i am looking for a vps that comes close to it. It's for a small project i am working on, nothing illegal

The specs i currently need aren't realy high,
256mb minimum
5gb harddisk
100gb bandwith, less is fine.

I don't realy care where the server is hosted, it's a small program i programmed for monitoring websites and servers.

About 15 dollars a month i am willing to pay.
