Close the goddamn Announcements.

I recently noticed loads of useless replies in the Announcements section.

Example:
Link Exchange sub-forum is now live!
http://www.wjunction.com/2-news-announcements/112846-link-exchange-sub-forum-now-live.html

Why not closing this thread? Just check the first page already with "thanks" "good move" "great job"

THERE IS A LIKE BUTTON.

- Adds more useless posts.
- Staff is probably not even checking the replies.
- Doesn't look clean.

Just keep it simple, create the announcement as a closed thread and use the Like button instead of replying.

It's an idea but not a moderator choice has to be an admin to decide.

Why should I PM when there is a section like this?

If the management wants us to PM them with suggestions, they should remove this section.

yeah, actually pm'ing an admin is the wrong advice. They don't have time for every little idea, suggestion, question, complaint, etc...that you have. Thats what Mods are for. If we cant answer or you don't like our answer, then feel free to go up the chain, but otherwise, don't start at the top.
