Review:
When I first talked with sales sounded very confident. And talked about a custom plan for my price range. Which was good considering some company's don't do a Custom plan. I bought the plan and first off the RDP wasn't enabled. Then I decided to do a Speed Test on the server it's only a 20mps server which is funny because my ISP is faster.

Then every 2-3 days my server needs to be restarted due to failure of hardware. Again today RDP doesn't work and when I connect throw VNC it's the laggiest ever. Also it restarts when ever so if im working on something im pretty much screwd. I asked for a refund since day one and all I get is we cannot refund you money and I told them I will take them to Paypal to file a claim and said that they will charge me a 35$ for the claim. Which I don't have to pay.

So my suggestion do NOT go with this company pay the extra $10 if you have to get the best. I tried beating around the bush and made a big mistake so now I have to wait til month is over.

Client 16-10-2011 08:10 So I can't get my money back? For a service I bought. I'm first off not getting the Upload speeds that I need my internet provider does better then the server which is really bad. Also I have to do a lot to enable RDP when many other providers has it enabled. Instead I need VNC. Also every time I would close IE my whole background would still have my browser showing because of lag issues. Anymore question?

Client 20-10-2011 07:55 Once again RDP isn't responding. And getting very pissed off about this service the server takes forever to load on VNC. I deserve a refund of my money. Why would I pay for a service I can't even use for couple days straight. If you do not refund my money I will file a claim on Paypal Immediately.

Thanks,

Phillip S

Client 20-10-2011 15:24 And im explaining to you that the RDP is messed up. I also get a error saying hardware failure. You advertise a service you need to step up and support the Plans. And with a paypal claim I don't have to pay anything the service is not as explained on website. I'm trying to settle this person to person but you seem to be money hungry. Either fix the server or I will file the claim. End of story

Few issue I foundout about Client-Area.net

1. They're burst.net resellers ( which isn't a problem however burst.net doesn't offer refunds they only credit the funds back to reseller WHMCS Account) I know this since i'am resellers with burst.net).

2. They don't even of Terms Of Services, AUP, or Refund Policy they have to refund you no matter what. ( I say Open up a dispute with PayPal let them decided tell PayPal you never received the item as it was described tell PayPal that the seller doesn't even have terms of service on there site or a refund policy.).

3. I wish you the best of luck an getting the issue resolved.

See when I purchased they never announced anything about them being a reseller. If I would of known that I wouldn't have went with them. I heard bad things about Burst.net and tried by passing that company. I was told before I bought the service that they would refund if I wasn't pleased with service. There not standing up to there word in my opinion.

Thanks for the info. Robert420

From Seller - Client-Arena.Net Internet Solutions

Totally agree. We do not refunded for VPS, what the customer ordered, is self managed, iam working as explaining what he wanted. Once the request for reimbursement of funds made by PayPal, we have every right to its close the service.
And as said in www.client-arena.net/tos.html we reserve all rights and raspuderele.
We will not be refunded.
I sent proof that the service received, just as our fault comandat.Nu if he is unable to use this service, we do not offer support to help you use the Service only for problems.

But here in fact that it has only been 6 days and there TOS says they have a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee for VPS.

Send that proof over to PayPal showing they do offer refunds for vps server they're refusing to refund you even though it's stated in there Terms of Services.

Respond back to dispute with this:

Dear PayPal Dispute Team,
I Herby opening this dispute due to the seller not offering me any refunds of services I've received from them as it wasn't describe at the site now the seller is refusing to offer me any refunds even though they mention it an there Terms of Services.

Regards,
Buyer

If he doesn't refund you'll be banned from wjunction permanently for scamming you.

I'm also sure that PayPal would not be happy to hear that they charge customers who file a paypal dispute. I would definitely report them for this. Please keep us updated on this matter.

they cant charge you for filing a paypal dispute thats legit. Simply put if they offer you 99% update and give you 50% update then u can get a refund. if they offer you a server with 100mbit, and then give you a shitty pc in someone basement u can get a refund lol.

Paypal said that they don't cover Virtual Service or some BS so I went and bought a new vps plan and just going to let this one sit. Since it's not useful at all. They fixed the issue with the RDP but further did not receive a refund. And further on the issue they again said if I do another dispute they will charge me 35$ which they cannot. Proof below:

Hello,

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your server seems to be responding to RDP now.
Let me know if you need any further assistance.
Your service is not terminated, but next time have TERMINATE and carge you another 35.00 USD for damage of dispute to paypal

Thank You,

Regards,
Stanley Lee

My Reply Back to them:

Thank you for fixing that problem but still I have other issues with the server it lags really bad and the manager told Paypal that VPS plans do not have a Refund policy but it simply says in the TOS that they do. If the client is not happy with the service that person is untitled to a refund. I have not broke any rules in TOS. I have had many issues since day one. Proof below:
