Not realy.
Take a look at warez-host - they offer 80 GB traffic package for 4 USD - we offer 150 GB traffic for ~ 6 USD.
Every "Warez" hoster who use location netherlands is not secure: http://www.wjunction.com/showthread.php?t=18749

We guarantee you won't shutdown. We hosting sites and domains with tons of daily abuse.
We had never shutdown a customer.

We offer secure payment like PSC/Ukash, Liberty Reserve - without any private details.
Paypal is not realy private or secure...
 
Cinipac.com bad hosting

Cinipac is the biggest joke i ever seen.
They are nearly every day down (support panel AND my webspace) their servers are NOT in any way ddos protected. servers goes down with just 1-2mbit syn flood. Cinipac can not block this attacks you need to wait until attack is over.

support needs mostly 24 hours to answer, sometimes faster, sometimes slower. thats not really great.

in real they are really small hostingcompany with a small number of clients. They dont have their own VPS or server network, they just buy VPS and servers from other hosting company. how you can guarantee any security?
They 'speak a lot' but in real they are just shit...

my 2 cents, good bye cinipac - you lost a customer (again).
If you need a real good support then go to hosters like mediaon.

I wish I would have seen that before I bought it. What a joke, it's been down for 7 days now and they don't do SHIT about it. It's been 5 days now and they wont reply back to.

Once you have this fixed and all your other issues fixed, PM me to try again. Also get your template up to date. This is year 2010 not 1776. Please be cautious to buy from unreliable hosting companies. Check your sources.
