Hello,

have you started to think about decorating your website with christmas stuff? christmas trees, christmas lights, snow. There is so much fun to decorate with. It would be fun if there was a website that gave us a little christmas feeling.

Show us what you've done, share your plans for what decorations you have planned for your website.

As for me I used to add loads of holiday stuff to a site that got loads of American traffic but won't be adding anything to sites that receive a lot of traffic from countries that don't celebrate Christmas.

Oh and it's more politically correct to add "Seasons Greetings" than "Happy Christmas" for anyone thinking of making a banner or logo with text.
 
I'm thinking to decorate my site this time.. Wordpress and IPB board.. Bottom right will Christmas tree, theme covered with snow etc :)

I'm using a different approach ill try to explain it here.
I tend to use a approach that mimics weather. since winter is creeping in.(southern hemisphere don't bother just watch the tan ) I have been tagging entries per season i.e
autumn edition, and now winter edition. I'm currently doing template customization for the Christmas period which will come into effect starting around 15th Dec. for those willing to use snowfall scripts keep snowflake number at a minimal. don't overdo Christmass since everyone(me included) is not a Christian.

i stared working on a Xmas skin for my forum just after the Halloween, when that skin came down :)
But i wont be adding to the site until 1Dec... You can never plan to early :)
