I am selling this chevereto theme named "Peach" which designed and coded by me

Price: $20 per copy (or) $60 for unique sale.

If it is unique sale, buyer will get the PSD as well as code. :sun:

No just the skin since he isn't allowed to sell a script that he doesn't own.

Well, In fact I'm the creator of Chevereto and I can tell you that he hasn't a valid license, he used a nulled version of the base script. He based is work on the default template so this is pretty ilegal.

Can you provide evidence to the claim that you own Chevereto? Upload a text file on the website.

Hes not selling your script just a skin.

Yes, he is not selling my script. But he is selling a theme that is based on my default template. There is ton of copyright notices all over it.
