Unfortunately...

1. Remove Quick Register or clean it up a bit (with border or something)
2. Remove Referral links at the bottom
3. I don't really like the colour scheme. Blue, Black, White and Orange? but thats just me.
4. Add a description to your subforums
5. And maybe change forum icons?

lol,nothing to Rate ! Improve more then members will give you better rating.

Change the custom icons, style the quick register (although I'd personally have it as a jQuery that pops out when you click it), change the colors (yellow on white, lol), fix up the footer.
