Im looking and planning to find a small and cheap VPS for my site.

My site resources are not much:
- Diskspace 500MB(Required maybe at least 2GB for now)
- Bandwidth Required 100GB or so
- Budget: Anything less than 15$/month (Cheapest and Reliable if possible)
- Allow warez linking

Why do I want to move to VPS?
One of my site has been in wrzhost's shared for some time, and the other sites on the same server are always getting DDOSed.

I do have semi-dedicated on wrzhost too, they're awesome, never had much DDOSed or downtime problems but still they do occur. But still, I think it would be an ideal move to have a vps so if anything occurs while I'm at watched I can fix it. :)

Why would anybody need a paid control panel? I've used Webmin and Kloxo. For smaller sites they'll do the work. People say they are buggy, but I have good experience with them.

Me need too, I dont need cpanel, but what about litspeed? is it neccessary? also what about management? I didnt have any linux vps till now.
