I have decited to buy windows license to my new PC.
And I found websites like:

do you know if those are legit ? have you maybe used them ?

@lib3rty1, buy one from an authorized retailer. These cheap keys are from MSDN, they will work for sometime and then it will stop working when Microsoft ban the seller's MSDN/Bizspark account. By using this keys you can't claim that you are the legal owner as you don't have own MSDN/Bizspark account.
