Chatbox + Latest Post for Vb 4.1.3

Hie guys,
I am looking for a product or a plugin which has the integration of the chatbox + latest post side by side.

So as you can see in this picture on the left it has got chatbox and on the right it has got latest post bar.
So i am looking for such type of coded plugin if possible for the vbulletin version 4.1.3 for a fixed skin.
It should not be a shoutbox or an inferno shout.
It should be a chatbox.
If any1 can code it for this theme

I did but the chatbox used over here is applicable only to vb 3.8 and not for vb 4.1.3 and i am not a good scripter so....If any1 can help me out with it please
