I think I may have found the BEST paying URL shortener:

cc.cc

Allow me to explain why this is possibly the best paying one:

If you're familiar with URL shortening and making money out of it,
you've probably tried out AdF.ly. I did too, until I found out
about this one. It really is peanuts compared to CC.CC. Here is a
comparison of my stats:

On AdF.ly, I got 16,143 views which made me $24.95. I just started
on CC.CC and I got 488 views which made me $2.69. Now, If I would have
started on CC.CC, and got 16,143 views, I would have made about: ($2.69/488) * 16,143 = $89. Yeah.my life right. So basically, CC.CC pays OVER 3 TIMES MORE!

Also, you don't get paid once a month on CC.CC, you just choose yourself
when you want to withdraw your money. It's possible at any time. The
payout rates are $7.50/1000 visitors compared to AdF.ly who pays
$2.80/1000 visitors!! If you have a decent amount of traffic like me, you can make a lot of money!

And this is not a scam or something. I already withdrew my 2 bucks and I got it safe on my PayPal!

Their "Today's most viral ShortURLs" section is full down WAREZ LINKS which have been shorten, not a good look IMO.

It all depends on the GEO of the visitors anyways.

You probably should of kept it quite :D now everyone is going to use it and they are going to have to run away with everyone getting high earnings.

Yeah, their script isn't working. When they fix it, I will try them.

I request my payments total 20 USD at 27nd May 2013 and still not received! Do you think this site to become a scammer?
