🔔 Important Announcement from CASTHQ Support 🔔


Dear users,


We’ve faced some unexpected circumstances, and we want to be transparent about what happened and what steps we are taking.




1. Website Update​


A major update has just been released. The site should already be working faster and more stable, with buttons and features responding properly.
🙏 We kindly ask you: if you notice any bugs or issues, please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve the platform even further.




2. Server Attack​


In the past 12 hours, our servers were hit by a serious DDoS attack. Because of this, many employees and users had difficulties accessing the service.
Our team worked tirelessly, and the website has now been restored. We are migrating our services to more powerful and secure servers.
⚡ Rest assured — we are doing everything possible to ensure stable and uninterrupted performance in the future.




3. Recovery and Stability​


Within the next 6–12 hours, the entire system will be fully operational again:


  • support,
  • management,
  • all work blocks.

Views continue to be counted, payouts will be processed, and operations are returning to normal.

Humm, looks like after the new update, you can't really make more than 20 videos show on your page? (Other parameters don't work, tried it with two browsers).

Also, really hope downtimes won't be an excuse for delay for payments and they will be done on Monday.

Also, when you click on export, you stay on the same page instead of opening a new tab (so that you could close it and could go back to file manager). I have to say, sadly, that a new update is far inferior to the previous version. Anyway, I do hope things will be better. Stability, fight against DDoS and non-delayed payments are still of course more important. Let's hope things will be fixed. :hugging:

Also I do understand that Telegram is more comfortable, but please do make sure that issues or concerns posted here will be also taken into consideration, after all, this still is an official support thread, they shouldn't be ignored here. Apart from maybe personal problems.
