Its due to corrupt RAR Executable.
Replace with a New copy

Upload RAR and UNRAR Files in Binary mode, chmod them, it should work.

my problem is solved by xsltel.com thanks go to them

they provide free management but they are professional from heart

i have lot of problem with softwares inst, configuring files in past two weeks as i am just born webmaster but they have sloution for every thing
