Can't send pms

I've been registered longer than 2 days and have more than 2 posts. Site tells me i don't have privilege to access this feature when trying to send a pm. Am I missing something?

Edit: It seems my post count didn't go up on some other posts.

and Post counts are disabled in some forums

Try posting in some forums by helping some guys or give some reviews in the sites review section.
That might help you increase your post counts.
