Cant save setting Vbulletin 4 - Need help

Hello,
I dont know why but i cant save any setting in Admincp Vbulletin 4. My website is running , i can access to AdminCP but i cant save any new setting.

Vb just shows up a blank page, dont have any message.

I have transfered my website to a Shared host and now i have this problem

Anyone know how to fix that , help plz

oki good thing u either didnt transfer all files properly or there is somthing wrong with the shared or maybe if ur using Vb nulled that may cause some prob
