Can't request to whitelist some sites

Hi every one. I have a question need for help.

I have place some DDL backlink to my site, but I can't request to whitlist. What should I do?

Some sites like:

Did you try the whitelist pages? I think they are automated.

If you get an error your hosting may be blocking curl connections, or the site owners just don't bother to whitelist sites, or something is wrong with your submits and they haven't replied.

I have request to whitelist with the above links, but they says: "Link not found on...". I don't know why.

Try to add links in header.

If this is the reason, I will remove them, I don't like add DDL site link in header.
