Can't connect to internet through GPRS

Hi,
I'm having problems connecting to internet through GPRS, I have Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100, i've enabled gprs settings also contacted the provider they sent me the settings configuration but yet its not working even it's not trying to connect when i try to browse something.
Called them for second time they said its not a problem from our part.

So if you have faced this problem and found a solution, or just if you know a solution please share it here!!

Found the solution anyways thanks!!!!

Here it is if anyone needs it:
First of all get the configuration settings from your provider then:

1. Hit menu then settings
2. Choose Wireless and network
3. Go to Mobile networks
4. Use packet data
5. Choose your Network Mode
6. RESTART your mobile
7. Done!
