Stupidly, I bought membership for fileserve using a credit card instead of paypal which appears to have made things infinitely more difficult for me.

Having already experienced a lack of support from fileserve and no direct way to cancel a subscription with them, I would just like to query exactly how one would go about cancelling a subscription made to fileserve via credit card? Will I have to speak to my bank?

I don't need to make any chargebacks as I have given myself plenty of time to have this dealt with. I just don't want any more payments to be made in the future.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I'm sorry, I don't understand. That doesn't appear to relate to my query. Are you having difficulty communicating your emotions? Perhaps you had better consider treatment for autism.

just use the power of chargeback. call your bank and tell them you are not satisified from service you have bought and want a chargeback. after that it's your bank problem, and they solve chargebacks very fast.

What djkelaj trying to say, you can write your post on Fileserve official thread :

You can post or PM their Admin Rick.
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

I guess it is an idea then. Think i'll give my bank a call tomorrow and see what they say.

I'll continue this thread in the appropriate location. Thank you for the help.

Yeah, ring your bank and say you want to do a chargeback. Bear in mind though, like Paypal, they might not oblige, as it's a virtual item.

ON INTERNET PLEASE NEVER USE DIRECT CREDIT CARD. USE Paypal ALWAYS GOOD IDEA :D

IF YOU WANT Cancel a SubscripTion

Only way you have "CALL TO YOUR BANK CHANGE NUMBER OF CREDIT CARD"
