Can we keep inividual speeds in RDP

Can we keep inividual speeds in RDP.

i bought rdp, but in same rdp others are downloading well with 320mbps
as they r using idm, i am not getting speed as i am using torrents.
IDM s grabbing total speed.
i have asked my RDP provider to keep individual speed for each person he said its not possible , there s no such settings like that

can any one could please help in this

IDM downloads from filehosts... (fast and tons of servers)
Torrent = Users from PC`s or Seedbox usually located in Europe
(lower connections on PC`s and different locations with single servers on seedbox`s)

Thats why users downloading with IDM get better speeds!

dont give f**king answers, i asked for keeping invidual speed on RDP which we provide to others users, if i have 10 users in RDP i should provide them invidual speed to each buyer. other wise only people using idm getting speeds, who are using torrents was getting slow speed, so i like to provide them indvdual speeds
like 1gbps connectioon to 10x100mbps...

This is not possible in RDP. What you need is a VPS where Virtuozzo or OpenVZ is installed to enjoy your own dedicated resources.

I have used RDPs and downloading from torrents is always a problem when others on the same server are leeching from file hosts at full throttle.
