Can we install Centos in Hyper - V

Hi
I have a doubt, I m gonna purchase a new windows dedicated server with Extra IP. I want to do visualization on the same Dedicated Server using Hyper - V But i want to install centos in virtualized system and give a extra purchase dedicated Ip to this Virtualized machine.

Can I do this? If yes then How can i do this?

I shall be very thankful to you for this.
