i upload using sborg.... so each file i upload, it returns the value as

filesonic.com/12342134234/mysitename_filename.rar

Since there are many forums which considers this as a spam.... (prefixed sitename ) .

Is there a way to remove all the filename after the slash ?
so that it appears as filesonic.com/12312312/

I already have some 300 + links like that.. so its hectic to remove manually from each of them...

Is there any program that i can use to remove such ? or any commands usung notepad ++ ? or dos ?

plzzz help

1. Open Notepad ++
2. Open Find & Replace --> Find In Files
3. Select directory where you have all posts
4. In Search Mode, specify "Regular Expressions"
5. Find what:
PHP:
filesonic\.com\/file\/(\d+)\/.*?(\.rar)
6. Replace what:
PHP:
filesonic.com/file/$1

replace the search extension with whatever you want to find

Using Excel

The best and easiest way to do this (like many other things) is using Excel, ...yes Excel.

1) So open up Excel and paste your links in 1 Column, and select the whole column:

2) Now select the ¨Data¨ tab on top:

3) In here select ¨Text to Columns¨

4) Now in this box select ¨Fixed with¨ and hit next:

5) Use ure mouse to place a line where you want to place a break. Each line break you place represents one column.

6) Now hit finish and voila!

Hope it Helps!
