My PP got limited some years ago and it has some amount in it, And wanted to take that amount out but currently paypal doesnt accept payoneer anymore and everyone i asked already has their freaking bank attached to pp already as we cant use a bank account on multiple paypals ...
So if anyone can do this for me then that would be fucking awesome...
