Hey guys...
Just getting angry on this youtube music license stuff... :cursing:

Want to know if I can use the following music in background for my video. I just can't find the licensing stuff for this song... :cursing:

And please do not recommend those head cracking sites jamendo who wants me to go PRO for good music. CC music on those sites are no where near to good..

If you want to suggest, then suggest music that is approximately 4:10 minutes long :)
Btw the video is a tutorial for utorrent.

My video is just a tutorial for how to download from torrents available on my site only.
I thought I could use it by giving some credits or something..

Any other suggestions.. Its getting urgent now as tonight is the deadline for me :(
 
use it then. Once I made commercial and the song was muted after they discovered.
I don't think they will do that on your video
 
No You Can't You Don't own the rights for the music so no you can't use it

The Only Music you can use is the royalty free music which is available on the net which states that it can be used online for non-commercial use.
 
You need to have license to use that music for your video and of course you need to pay a lot of $$$ for it. Or you can use it and hoping you won't get caught for using it.
