Can I receive Money to WM mini keeper account? and not yet verified by phone number.

i mean can i use it to get paid and send money to buy things on the net even it is not verified?

I think you can receive it, f you can create and have purse, but as far as spending those money goes, I don't think so. Try with some small sum, and you will know.

Hello with a WM keeper mini you can send and receive payments.No additional verifications needed.

Don't know about the visa card.
