Can i install nulled cPanel+WHM on a shared host?

My hosting provider is a VPS
but i am on Shared hosting of that
so i want to know that whether i can install cpanel + whm to resell hosting or not?

My hosting provider is Offshore

Impossible, you need your own VPS or Dedi server to install cpanel/whm.
Never install any cracked cpanel, always go with genuine.
