they'll delete the files only if you violated their rules/TOS, well i see my 8 months file still there not deleted lol only the files getting deleted is "DMCA's" one! so no need to worry

I recommend the following

Do not use the same payment email. Do you use PayPal, for example, you can create several emails per user.

If you are free user they will delete your files after 30-60 days from the last download.

No you wont. The system will just tell you that you have exceeded xxx GB and you should delete this much data in X days or the company will randomly delete your files.

in fileserve u can have 2 acc. but to be 100% safe you have

a) NOT register/ref. to each other

b) use paypal in 1 and AP in the other
