I belive adBrite Stopped doing Pop-ups.
They only have options for Banners,text and Full page ads.
EDIT : Just read their Terms and Conditions, and its confirmed, they dont allow Popups No matter what. Whether your a publisher or a Advertiser, You can't have pop-ups on a landing page either.
