I have just started publishing new archives in my site, and had my first sale but, I only received the 52% in total.

You got 70% after fees from payment gateway. I asked same thing over Skype.
Actually it is wrong advertisement, but just to know all hosts promising 80-90% from initial sale are cheating and not counting all sales. 50-60% is normal rate when host can earn, survive and do not cheat over their users.
