I opened a ticket in Kaphosting WHMCS too. (#195471) Hoping to get a SPEEDY answer in anywhere.

EDIT: You guys came online and Knowin is online now but no one reply. Not here or WHMCS!!!!

EDIT: I see all you guys are online now. Please reply to my ticket. God!! So hard to get a reply from you!!

Hello, if we are online that doesn't mean we are here all the time. As soon as we look at the tickets we will reply to it as quickly as possible and we have been doing that to you already. So you need to be patient and you shouldn't expect us to reply the moment you create a ticket coz we too have our lives.

It took more than 8 hours to get a reply after my 1st message. Between that time I noticed you guys came online more than once. I really don't care now because all my problems solved now. I don't want to turn this into a argue. Its just that your RDPs are superb and I expect your Support to be the same.

No offence to you but I am getting sick of following threads only to find out prices are wrong or they are sold out. C'mon guys edit your 1st posts to save us spending hours looking for a deal only to find out we have wasted our time

The MF speeds are great. Upload 10 Files simultaneously and u get a speed of around 8-9.5MB/s
Similarly with download, download multiple files together and u'll grab stuff even faster.

But be sure to buy a US RDP coz speeds to MF from NL just suck.
