UPDATE:
@All Vernon Users,

The boot loader file is missing, so the the server is going to be re-installed, don't worry, nothing will be lost except the data in C: Drive, we will install all the stuffs required. You will have your exemption.

Here is one more complete speeds result on the US server and no one will have to complain about the speeds because this is the speed test result I just made where 4 hosts RS/HF/FS/FSO are tested. You can check this yourself and the speeds are really good.

US server Is FROZEN ... rar/unrar SLOW .... UPLOAD SLOW ... DOWNLOAD SLOW ...
