I don't know when my vps move to NL Server.Support is not good.Always away or offline

First , its your own mistake you purchased a wrong product.
Secondly its your own mistake your mention in ticket move me to NL SERVER, you never mention you want NL RDP OR NL VPS.

First we go ahead and prepare your USA VPS, then we are moving in 1 day to prepare your replacement, and instead of watching what wrong you did, instead of a matter of courtesy which we showed to you by freely providing replacements, you are over here to blame we are not online to support.
Come on buddy, at least show some courtesy to us for covering your own mistake free of cost. X-(

Seconde my first purchase from you it's an USA VPS and it's very good, very fast download speed but It's 1.5GB RAM

Then I decide to buy another package with 1GB RAM on the same sale page with my first order and what I got?Very low speed downloading like 100kb/s.I'm so disappointed.I chated with your support and he said I need to submit a ticket . I told him I want to change for me a VPS . I never use RDP because it's terrible

I do nothing but download then when I reallized that the speed was to low I went to chat with your support.Did I do something wrong???

I'm not telling you're not online but when I use a chat from your site.When I make a question, your support always appear to away and don't answer my question and make me waited for a long time

I do not want to blame you because the first service I ordered was very good

So all that I need is a VPS which have high speed downloading

I have a lil problem. I can not pay through your website checkout, because i can't link my mastercard to my Paypal account. That's why i sent the money straight to payments@buyrdp.com (used promo code: NL200). The transaction time is 14:34:06 PDT and my email address is in the subject line, order number is 7366473060. I hope it will not cause any real problem and i can use my slot soon.

it's Wednesday now but filesonic still blocks the IP. When does it really end? btw, I think I need something like compensation. I don't want to pay for things that I can't use.

Sent 3 emails and pms to HISH and willy for wupload no response, this is strange and not my mistake.
Still the SERVER will be having more IPs alloted today and we will move to new one.

That will be my first RDP, so i'm not an experienced user, but until Filesonic blocks "our" IPs, you all should try using remote upload instead of direct upload. I was on a seed server recently and i always uploaded my stuff with this method.
