It's already been 5 days since i issued cancellation ticket #852614 and yet no body bothered to reply me.

Please reply because it is absurd that you are charging me another month after I got your cancellation confirmation e-mail...

Request you to submit the transaction detail on ticket , it should be cancelled automatically and if you do not care to know about this, but you setup your own paypal payment profile to auto pay on date, even if the service is cancelled we will still get the money through the profile until you cancel it.

So before blaming us and our ticket system, you should learn the process and think about this twice.

And yes, we did cancel the services and sent the confirmation, but if you did not care to cancel your autopay profile in paypal, it is not our mistake.
