NO ONE EXCEPT ME has the power to close ur apps, so stop believing someone else is doing it.
I hope there may be some tmp issues coz its entirely impossible

I do not want to keep you on guessing part.
but first you purchased and then wanted refund for the same.
We acknowledged and then u gave me one bank id, we can not do it.
Then you give me another id and in few hours you said its blocked.
Now you give me another id , you will get your refunds on the same, i have asked the sales to clear it , but it all seems fishy at this time.

I am just waiting for the air to clear before i process your refunds. Rest assured i will not keep your money with me.
And i could have also posted this on ticket.. but since i do not want any mess, so i am posting complete thing, please wait a while your refund will reach you soon.
 
Speed is really slow right now. Can you fix it, intense.. Its only 1 MB upload :( both wupload and filesonic..

Same thing happened last weekend as well.

no problems ,, if u think its fishy , then u can confirm me at my msn , gmail , or my client login !! its not about changing my id's ,, as i neevr have used paypal or alertpay ... but the id sent is the final 1 .. u can send me refund at the same ... the id was hd******@hot****.ccom .. plz do asap, as i have to pay for another provider ,,, i am in rush really ,,,

Speed does go down temporarily sometimes.
Send over the IP, it will be checked asap.

You can also use VLC resized to a very small window (that you can select by default on preferences), pause the movie and take the screenshots.

Don't say no one said to resize the RDP WINDOW.
Look at my solution, i told you that one and i only use that one only.

And guys, PLEASE LISTEN EVERYONE.

IF YOU DISCONNECT FROM RDP, PLease close your BROWSERS at least, i can see browsers sucking 1 GB RAM or above and it slows down everything for clients working on the servers.
A mass info email will be sent tomorrow and still if you do not improve, your client sessions will be placed on FORCED LOG OFF within 10 minutes of disconnections.
We have no other means to make the service better for everyone.
 
still waiting for my refund .. have submitted ticket with alertpay id yesterday ... plz do tae refunding now .. please!
