If you want refund, send over the SCREENSHOTS on what is troubling you for the same.
This is getting stupid, messy and ridiculous now.

I want a screenshot of the issue you faced and let me see to this matter.
No more comments on this matter, apply for the refund, provide a reason and let me handle it there. In case you post more over here, i will report this to mods now.
 
i gave money and didnt take any support for 4 days and your rude behaviours isnt enough to get refund.both of us arent pleased with eachother.and you even report your client to mods.the screenshot i gave above with my rar progress is a valid reason 29 min and 1.13 gb.so i want refund

edit:and also you cant get rid of complaints and blanket the problems by reporting mods of course everyclient doesnt have to like your service and can tell problems.be democratic

hey you are not answering neither my ticket nor post.you are silent after you heard the word ''refund''.dont make me have to dispute or chargeback.take care about the problem.

I am 400% sure, you have not used STORE MODE in this pic and i will post the screenshot, let me see what is wrong in my service.

And once i get the screenshot, i will post it here and then report you.
 
Screenshot on your RDP IP with 7 Guys working.

I just took your file and created 400MB files out of it and it is your OWN FILE.

13 SECONDS to do a file of 1.2 GB split packaged.

And this guy blames us for bad RDP services.

If you do not even know how to use WINRAR in store mode, there is no use to blame the servers and providers, first learn to use it wisely and if not before blaming the whole world, ask how to work on things.

CHOOSE THE STORE MODE and then pack your files.
 
is store mode safe? i mean does it give errors?i want strong splits wihout errors.and yes i didnt know but i wont say sorry before you say for your rude words like stupid.and another problem taking a screenshot?how can i get a specific screenshot you know i cant play videos
 
I did not call you stupid but at least work out a simple fact, first thing you never asked how to correct a given issue, then you file for refunds, then you log a pm and then you post all of this on sales thread and now you want to go for a chargeback for the same.

And all this without even thinking twice what are you saying , to whom and where..??
1. Yes its perfectly safe.
2. No issues will come up of course.
3. NO WORRIES, its the best for the RDP use.

For screenshots, dont play, use THUMBNAIL ME v2.1 is installed. you don't need screensnapr or anything, thumbnail me works for you.
 
yes i know it works now i tested it but i want to take a ''specific'' picture and just one picture from the movie.just like print screen.dont you have a program for that?
 
1 Question, do you have lower price packages? 10gb of disk space would be enough for me.

And, can we change md5, take screenshots of movies etc etc?

Just a wild shot, you can resize the RDP screen and pause the movie at a point , PRINT SCREEN , paste to paint and use it.
It should work for sure.

I am sory, i can not give you 10GB, rest whatever you said can be done in normal package.

Can you pls give me the ETA when will be the hard disk be upgraded to 350 Gb form 200 AS mine shows as 200 now also. you told earlier that they will be upgraded soon
