ok , used rdp for 4 hours ! its been disappointing ! speeds are so low n not even stable ! computer lags. so much !
made a Ticket ID: 526637 for refund !

May be you should try and use some more RDP services before coming back to us and try and improve your home connection speds coz that is where you think its lagging.

1) Everyday reboots.. I reboot less time my smartphone than thi RDP; how can I download from torrents if you reboots everynight?
2) How can I download .dlc files if it's not allowed jDownloader? Any other apps?

1. Each server is rebooted every 36 hours.

hahaha , i get speeds in my connection like 1mbps downloading n 800kbps uploading !!! n this isnt my home connec. its my college connec. !! dont u think it lagged because there are more than 20 users in a server :facepalm:
 
I do not want to get into the argument with you coz there is no use for that.
You feel bad, get a refund and go for a better service provider of course.

I do not know when you got such a good home connection, use it why bother sending money down the drains on RDP services.
 
i've sent you my complaints as a pm but i am writing here also.my ip is in the pm.


1)incredible lag
2)thumbnail me was on my desktop and i could easily use in first hours but later it disappeared and dont work it says no font device and on the top it wants login
3)media player doesnt render wmv files
4)vlc plays the video picture by picture due to lag
5)i see video snapsoht as a new program but it also gives error (acess violation ......)
6)video thumbnail maker gives error too
7)screensnapr doesnt work

i want a very quick help for all those because its my 5th day and i couldnt do any work of mine.it is so useless and meaningless for me for days.i also opened a ticket to get a refund before 24 hours.if you wont solve these problems please refund if u gonna solve everything is ok.i am writing this under the topic too because i need a very very quick help
 
Ridiculous and stupid this is.
I do not understand what client wants from the RDP.


1. There is no chance of lagging as only 2 people are using and 1% CPU and 1% RAM is being used.

ONLY 2 USERS ARE WORKING , you call this a lag.

2. Thumbnail me was upgraded to v3 which does not work, i uninstalled and reinstalled v2.1 it should be working.

3. Media Player is working fine for me what profile are you trying to render.

4. Of course, VLC will not play a stream as due to the lag of connection and its not a fault of RDP its due to your OWN HOME CONNECTION.

5. Video snapshot is useless, thumbnail me should be good.

6. All these useless programs will be gone today.

7. Screensnapr shud work i am checking it.
And using that will lag the server, better use PRINT SCREEN.



Now what else you want from the service.
 
@ttttatiana: i had the same issues when i started using rdp....it doesn't work exactly the way ur home/college system works...if u try playing video files on an rdp and complain that it lags then sure it's ur fault and not the provider's fault...rdp's are meant to use for uploading/downloading and in some case encoding purpose...if u want to take individual caps just make a sample upload it and download to ur home pc and from there u make screenshots or else use thumbnail as suggested by intense....hope it is clear for u now....
 
my home connection is slow so i cant download a 1gb file just to take a picture.

firstly you cant say stupid to me or to my situation.you dont have this right.and the screenshot you put above is just a moment in 24 hours.there is too high lag in most of the day.you are lucky that you've caught that moment.i meant general time for lag.and you went out of city and nobody supports except you everybody have to wait your coming home.what if you go somewhere again.my 3 days past without doing nothing because of not able to using a thumbnail program.
instead of apologising for poor support and renting a staff (authorized like you) you are saying stupid and everything is well bullshit...
 
if everything is bullshit , how come I JUST WARNED YOU FOR NOT USING WINRAR in STORE MODE and eating up 60% CPU in 1 WINRAR process.

I can see to the fact that unless you learn to use your own slot, how can you expect the server to be right.
I gave you a warning , still i warned you again, no replies and i cancelled that process myself.

And about the support, 35 posts old guess this is the first time using the RDP and calling the support is bullshit, i do not believe in people who themselves do not know how to use rdp and start blaming the whole world for this.

And i am not lucky to get the screenshot, i know how to run RDP service, this is why i am in market.

And still 4 USERS WORKING, its still 2% CPU AND RAM and you can get the screenshot yourself, i hope you are lucky in that
 
of course i dont know how to use rdp this is my first time i've bought such a thing.how can i unrar them?
and late in night you can when 20 users online you can get a new screenshot and we'll see.
