Ask him for this, how come we get audio drivers on a dedicated server placed in DC.

I want to use smartmovie converter,which can't be used without audio drivers,btw whats the problem in installing audio drivers?
and about that urgency thing,well its written on ur site that u are going to allot a server within 12 hours after ordering,did I asked you before 12 hours?
I don't know about your other clients .. even I am not interested in this refund thing,but u tell me what should I do?

Place the needed audio drivers in the drive of yours.
