You are absolutely CORRECT, this is why I TOOK PICS TO PROVE THAT WHATEVER YOUR PICS ARE SAYING IS A LIE nothing else.

If you say you took it few minutes back why is this all situation changed in few minutes.

Why is the WINRAR time down to few seconds for the SAME FILE & why is the FSN speed shooting to 17MB/s then your 2MB/s & ALL THIS within few minutes.

I DO NOT TRUST THIS & PIC DO NOT LIE this is why i showed the PICS here.


And when you remember that you should submit a ticket, why are these pics still here, remove them.

I got angry, if you come to my sales thread and post with USELESS PICS and say my service sucks, do you want me to come over there and sa THANK YOU SIR.

2. Useless pics, i showed you within few minutes
3. You submit a ticket after posted all this on my thread.
4. Then you reply to ticket, something wrong please check.

Do i look like stupid or what, you should have submitted ticket and waited for me to solve things which i am doing for you, so what should i do here now.

firstly i started off saying "HOPE THIS IS THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT" since i wasn't sure. I said something must be wrong with my account after u posted the screens extracting the same file. I thought in the business world a customer is always right no matter how wrong he/she may be(unless i have it backwards ) and have a right to complain
 
Customer has the RIGHT TO COMPLAIN , if customer tries to complain in the right department before going ahead with ISSUING NOTICES to be the company and making an advertisement campaigns with the screenshots.

I hope you understand what i said.

You were right till the limit you told me on support to help out with this but once you came in open its just like issuing notice to me.

Understand my point, clear this thread, let this be sales only.

How i help my clients and how i treat them, is well known on WJ. You can get many reviews for this.
 
done and done i almost never complain so when i do it must really bother's me, topic closed my motto is Better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.:P
