Hi Guys,

I need a VPS with the following specifications:

CPU: Quad Core Processor (Fair Use - But ability to use all 4 Cores)
Dedicated Ram: 1GB Ram
Burstable Ram: 2GB Ram
HDD: 50GB SSD/SAS
Network Connection: 1Gbit
Bandwidth: 5TB/Unmetered
Budget: $25 - $35

Preferred Locations:
Russia
Lithuania
Latvia
Estonian

I will only choose those Locations.
The specifications given above are a minimum only
but can be altered but 1Gbit port and SSD/SAS HDD
are not changeable and it must have those those.

Please also mention what is allowed and what is not
allowed on the VPS.

Please give me some idea's of where to buy from.

Regards,
iHate

What is your budget? Even if someone bought a hardware firewall, nobody there has network infrastructure to actually mitigate some heavy DDoS attacks.

Budget is around $25 - $35 might be able to push a bit more
depending on what i get for it.

So what is the best possible way to mitigate DDoS attacks?

It's not going to happen unless it was a typo and you actually meant $250-350

Ok what about without the Hardware Firewall?
(i meant shared hardware firewall originally)

To be honest i could get a NL VPS with all those specs but
withouth the hardware firewall but only problem with NL
it's not that safe for Warez Linking.

The real hardware firewalls are expensive(RioRey, Cisco Guard etc). Even if you get DDoS'd you will still have to pay for the bandwidth that hit the network(although attack was blocked). DDoS attacks are expensive, hardware firewalls cost a lot($xxx000), there is a lot of bandwitdh being used, additional network admin work etc.

5TB or unmetered bandwidth on 1gbps line for $20-30 a month is impossible. Bandwidth costs much more, why would anyone offer something they are losing money on? Even if someone offers that it's just a marketing gimmick.

A lot of hosts offer Unmetered bandwidth,
even 100TB sells 100TB Bandwidth even though in theory
it should cost them $2000 for 100TB i just need something
reliable and High Power with decent bandwidth preferably Unmetered.

It's what they say, but once you start pushing a lot of bandwidth you will be kicked for X reason. Even if you don't, hosting provider makes a loss on you. How long are they going to stay in business?

Well either they must have some business model
that does keep them afloat.

But regardless, do you know any hosts that can
provide me with what i need?

Your requirements are pretty high and your budget is extremely low for what you need. Bottom line is, you won't find what you ask and i'm sure that every provider can confirm this.

Thank you for repeating what Krun!x has said,
it was very useful information...

So what are you going to do now? Either increase your budget, or lower your reqs?

Not sure tbh,
i'm considering going for a NL VPS i saw earlier
with similar specs if i cant get a VPS in the chosen
countries i need here.

But i'll wait just in case anyone here can offer me a VPS with similar specs.
