Looking for a Free or cheap nice clean simple looking hosting Theme
for a hosting domain i have to put it all together and sell it

theme can be a free theme but will need it re-coded to my needs
this is what id prefer over a expensive custom theme

or it can be a custom theme again coded to my needs but cant cost to much

I can offer free hosting or offer your prices here

I wont pay more then 10$ for a re-coded free theme

i kinda like the simpleness of it
i could add the blue to be water and a little shack in the banner and it look tropical
