[Buying] Custom file downloader

Hey


I need a download manager for my main games site, just needs to take files from a server and distribute on a key based login/pass system (like steam only not as complex)

This will be an ongoing project as once the basics are done and working will need further modding on a weekly/monthly basis

Looking for someone who has good experience of c++, php, java and possibly some asp.net and we can pay well on a salary/contract basis

What games are you planning to be distributing? I can do the server side part easy enough, games part might take more work.
