I am looking to buy some cheap websites ( preferably below 100$ ).
I will also buy sites which was making traffic before and which has not been updated recently.( Not sandboxed ones)

What type of sites Looking For:
  • Made With Wordpress or some blogging software
  • Forums
Niche's I am looking for
  • Warez or Porn related ( Not general warez - having a unique and specific niche - comics , tutorials only something like that)
  • Tech Blogs (Technology Related)
  • Some Micro Niche Site where you can earn from Amazon or Clickbank

I don't want sites with any duplicate or spun content.

ohh what niche were those site?
i don't think Tech blogs with some traffic won't be under $100. (it's ever green niche, so huge competitors)

I bought a horse saddle store that was linked to Amazon - It was getting a few hundred visits per month

And I also bought a tech blog!. It was having 400 UV per month with 300 small articles already posted. I got that for 25$!
I got that site for cheap cos that person had made that site just for experimentation . So maybe you are right about tech blogs

And whats an evergreen niche?
