im searching for someone to clone this website it is simple but i dont have enough time right now, it should be php also and the db mysql

it should also support arabic/english "you can do templates and ill upload the text according to mysql"
it also should integrate with twitter where if something was posted on the website it should be tweeted by our account on twitter
also supports UTF-8
and checks the inputs for mysql injections and all the other things skids do
it should have a separate template for ads and banners and easy to modify
a decent simple look nothing fancy
a nice small control panel to control users and their posts e.g:
-limit for guests/registered users
-when do the post expires and so on
also the post can be clicked for a greater view if there are links/pics etc...
people should be allowed to comment on items using their accounts or twitter/facebook
for guests they need to input a captcha
please give me a duration and a price
