Hello,

When we had talk on the msn he said i will fix all those forums restrictions!! and i got only 143 forums out of which 70% are not working many templates are dead...

Thats why i have complainted him! he also wasted mine 2 days , if he once told me that i will do in 5-6 days then i would allow him to do work in 6 days!

Thats his fault, he told me that he will do all but now he hasn't done and he is blaming me. I haven't taken his 200 FORUMS TEMPLATES its with him yet!

Why i pay for something which i haven't got and what i have got is not working! There are only few forums with forum restrictions not 70% are all forums restrictions only 10% forums having restrictions , rest are not working!

No dude, i just got 143 templates, i gave screenshot above, don't lie now! out of which 70% are dead... I don't need your templates, i NEED FULL REFUND! have your templates with you and give to some other client , make someone else fool not me, i have complaint to alertpay regarding you already and soon i will dispute my credit card for the payment so its better if you refund else your alertpay account will be stuck!

if you agreed to remove the restrictions in forums, you should do that too.. atleast for 90% of the forums

use the templates from CyberAff, as he said they are working
 
Here's how I see it:

- ipowerz made a partial payment, and has 'partial' work in his hands. That is to say that busylife delivered you at least something that works. That's probably worth $10 you paid him.

- busylife claims he did what he was paid to do, but will not hand over the complete work until the full payment. He does, however, have the partial payment.


Now, here's how this is going to work out:
You both have 24 hours from now, to resolve your issues. Work it out some way or the other, or walk away with what you have. The buyer has partial work, the seller has partial payment. Way I see it, you both have not been scammed and this thread will be closed 24 hours from now. All I see you two doing is hurling threats and what not at each other; there's barely, if any, discussion of an actual resolution.

Lolz, what will you tell 'em? That you hired a guy to make you forum templates, so you can earn from illegal file-sharing?

I hope you 'busy' uploaders will start doing your own shit for yourself, before ALL fkin forums close doors to autoposters, because of people like you. I would personally ban you both, so you can scratch your heads a bit. Also, I would completely forbid those kind of services here.
