if free user download 10 times/ day, you still count 1 ? does free user can resume their download? what max speed for free user ?
what your limit storage for free uploader ? how many day do free uploader's files store on your host?

with pre user , you count 1 every 6h or 24h ?

Download file size: 700 / per hour
Wait time is 20min after every download and 45 sec before download button will be active.

please reduce this wait and also increase file limit as my most of upload will be around 700 - 1Gb .
