The 60kbps you have mentioned is after having the change of plan with you?

1) Where are you from sam?
2) Is it unlimited?
3) Are we bound to pay 25$ + say 750 = around 2000/month?

and for this 1200 Plan u will get 256 kbps !!

now bsnl has introduced new plan of 900

in which it will give u 120 kbps download speed for the first 6 Gb and 60 kbps for the next usage !!

Any thing which is not in the knowledge of the Service Provider is said to be illegal.
 
Wow Eso has become Smart Now A Days LOL . Well Seriously Dont go for this just stick to ur normal plans at the most upgrade to 1350 Plan y u may ask ? coz i am getting like 1-2 Mbps Speed on that Plan .

I dont want to spoil his sale.
Better ask him to sell the thing which he wants to.
No issues with the guy as I am not sure which way he is increasing the speed.
There are lots of ways to hack BSNL legally and illegally.

Our country is Big !
Thats the main reason we are still a developing nation |-)

if our Population was even half of the current.
We could have been a developed and many wouldn't flame us :(

But hats off to the people coz being a developing nation and providing internet to SO many users is not an easy job !!! :)
