For embed videos the common practice is set 50% of earnings. The reason is:
- the the most sites block ads
- they could have their own ads, like wordpress blog for example

E.g. your embed video got 10k views in tier 1 ($50) - you get $25.

No it really isn't, I can't think of any other host on WJ which sets 50% of earnings here, but if that's the business method you would like to work with, good luck
